These conditions explain the rights and obligations of both www.boxes4less.co.uk and our customers. Where the words 'You' or 'Your' has been used it means the customer, and where the words 'We' , 'Us' or 'Our' is used it means www.boxes4less.co.uk.
If an order is placed on our website, the price payable for the purchased goods will be set out on the website at the time of sale. We reserve the right to subcontract to other suppliers, but you can be rest assured that the products delivered to you are of the exact same dimensions and quality mentioned on our website www.boxes4less.co.uk.
* Our All Inclusive Prices include packaging your order in 500 gauge poly wrap to avoid damage during delivery to you, but exclude cost of delivery.
You may place an order following a written or verbal quote from us for which the prices will be detailed in the said quotation. If you accept our quotation, then the prices mentioned will be valid for a period of 14 days from the date of the quotation.
Not withstanding the above, we the seller reserve the right by giving written notice to the buyer at any time before delivery, to vary the price of the goods to reflect any increase/decrease in cost to the seller which may be due to factors beyond our control.
The buyer shall be responsible for the cost of carriage and insurance (if any) in addition to the price of the goods purchased unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
We, the seller must receive payment for the total price of the goods and any applicable charges for carriage and insurance (if required by you), before the order can be accepted and processed.
We will deliver the goods to the delivery address mentioned on your order. A signature indicating that you have received your goods will be required. We aim to deliver all orders within the time stipulated and also as per the delivery method chosen by you. However there may be an occasional delay but this would not exceed 01 day at any cost. We will either re-imburse your payment in full or part, or alternatively compensate you with supplying you with additional boxes or packing materials found on our site at no charge to you if we have not delivered your goods within the 2 days mentioned.
If you fail to take delivery of the goods you have ordered, then without limiting any other right or remedy available to us, we may store these goods until actual re-delivery. You will be charged any reasonable costs involved including Insurance and Storage.
We, the seller shall make every effort to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders. However if there are insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods already paid for by the buyer, we may then at our discretion supply or deliver a substitute product of the same quality or refund to the customer in full the price paid for the goods as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
The buyer shall be entitled to return the goods back to us at their own cost unless they are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by the seller in which case the seller will nominate a courier and pay any necessary carriage fees. You are required to ensure that any goods returned to us are safely and securely packaged, undamaged and in all cases unused.
We as the seller warrant that the goods you have purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (03) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed by us in writing. We shall however bear no liability in respect of any defect arising due to wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, overloading by yourself or any other party.
We as the seller shall have no liability to you for any delay in supply or delivery or for damage or defects to the goods that is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including strikes, lockouts and acts of God.
If any part/parts of these conditions is claimed to be Invalid, Illegal or Unenforceable, the Validity, Legality or Enforceability of part/parts of these conditions will be governed and determined in accordance with English law. |
